We understand the complex needs of every person and how they can vastly differ from each person. It is our mission to ensure that every participant is heard, seen and has access to individualised care. With decades of experience in the industry, we understand the harsh reality of unreliable and unstable supports and working environments that significantly and directly effects the participants well-being and quality of life. Bright Light will bridge the gap and exceed expectations and deliver reliable and adequate support in all our services.

We understand there has always been a problem with segregation within all cultures, religions and disabilities. We work on inclusion as a main part of everyday, making sure every participant is included on every level with their consent, make sure they feel mentally, physically, and socially included and supported in order to maintain a happy peaceful life. 

Goals maintain a feeling of purpose, independence, self-discipline and ambition. All keys to remaining healthy in all the areas needed. At Bright Light, we will go through your personal needs, wants and ambitions and put together a detailed support plan that aligns with your personal growth and achievements to assist you with getting to your big end goal! Whatever that is! Big or small!  

At Bright Light, we believe it is critically important to remain humble and to approach every situation with a high degree of unselfishness and unconscious humility with all of our clients. We are all human and all have different multiple experiences that we can all share and learn from, no person is better than any other person, we are equal. We encourage everyone to share experiences and feelings to keep our perspective on reality but also to not be too serious in life and always look for the positives.
