Covid-19
As a business, Bright Light Disability Services believe it is our moral and social responsibility and upmost concern to ensure the safety of our clients, families and staff. We want to assure everyone that we follow best practice public health guidelines and implement measures to prevent and/or minimise the spread of Covid-19. It is important to look after yourself and those who can not. The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly changed the way we live and it is likely that our lives will be different for a while.
These measures include but are not limited or restricted to:
-
Frequent communications to staff of updates and changes with the virus, guidelines and requirements/restrictions.
-
All staff are provided with PPE and training to better understand their responsibility in maintaining a Covid-19 free environment, including regular handwashing, cough etiquette and frequent cleaning.
-
Staff and clients are encouraged and supported in being vaccinated.
-
Regularly keep records current to better trace and isolate any outbreaks.

Bright Light is constantly evaluating and monitoring the evolving situation and changes that is Covid-19 and keeping our management plan up to date to reflect those changes and potential implications. We will continue to provide support, updates and changes to our clients and staff.

It is important for all of us to be vigilant and aware of any changes or updates and guideline changes. Below are links to the NSW information and Health websites for information on any changes, symptoms and vaccinations.
