Feedback & Suggestions
For an honest, loyal, transparent and successful business to maintain its values and loyal clients, families and staff and image, it is important to have an avenue for a voice about the business. Bright Light values and respects the opinions, experiences, suggestions and complaints as valuable information to make improvements where others may identify as an area of concern which in turn makes our services and efforts better suited to the people we strive to assist. There will always be room for improvements and growth and it is always best to get this from those that experience it directly.
It is OK to provide feedback whether it is positive or negative, this includes you, family, staff, advocates and anyone else who feels they have identified an issue or excellence or anything that makes you unhappy or scared, whether it is your service provider, support worker or others not listening to you, treating you badly or being unfair. There are many options available for you to seek advise and help when you have any concerns or issues. Please find these listed below.
